We teamed up with PayPal and Stripe to make sure that all payment transactions are secure, convenient and reliable.

AUSTRALIA

Pay via Stripe. Stripe is one of the world’s leading online-payment processing systems today. You can pay with any major debit or credit card. On checkout, simply enter your billing and shipping address and click Continue To Payment then a payment form hosted from Stripe’s secure server will load, where you may enter your card details. Your card details is processed securely only by Stripe and never touches our servers.

PHILIPPINES

Pay via PayPal. PayPal is one of the biggest and most trusted payment platforms in the world. You can pay by either a credit card (you don’t need to have a PayPal account), or using your existing PayPal balance. On checkout, simply enter your billing and shipping address and click Proceed To PayPal, we will then redirect you to PayPal’s secure server, where you may enter your card details. Your card details never reach us and is processed securely only on PayPal’s servers.

Once you submit your order, you can track the order progress through our Order Tracking page. You will be asked to enter your Order ID and Billing Email Address.

Once your order has been marked ‘Shipped’ (or ‘Completed’). You may track its destination on Australia Post or LBC Express by entering your tracking number.

Orders made and paid by 5PM will ship the same day and arrive in 2-4 business days (M-F). Orders placed during weekends will ship on Monday.

Payment via PayPal are made off-site, on the official website of PayPal. Payment via Stripe are made through a payment form served from Stripe’s secure domain. In both cases, no sensitive information touches our site or is passed through our servers. Paypal or Stripe simply sends our site information on whether the transaction was successful or not.

Moreover, our website is protected using a secure socket layer technology (SSL) with the highest 256-bit encryption to keep any information transmitted to and from our website secure during the checkout process. The same level of encryption is also applied to any website data so data sent from the browser to our server and vice versa is secure.

NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE

Leather is a delicate material, so kindly be careful when ordering items online. Except for damaged items and wrong item or color shipped as to that or original order from Labrador. The return shipping fee will be paid for by Labrador, and the correct item will be automatically sent to the customer the next business day. Kindly email admin[at]shoplabrador.com.
